Does leaving the app during a lesson count against me?
Yes, if you are away for more than a few seconds. Locking the screen does not count: put the phone face down or in your pocket.

I missed a day of katas. Did I lose my progress?
No. Nothing resets. A level opens when you do five days in a week.

When is my week marked?
Every Sunday at 20:00, your local time. Until then the card is a pencil draft.

His messages are too much for my lock screen.
Switch the tone to Calm in Profile. Same standards, quieter words.

How do I delete my data?
Everything lives on your phone. Deleting the app deletes it.

Is there an emergency way out of a no-breaks lesson?
Yes. Hold the emergency button for three seconds. Once a week it is excused.
